Conor Hickey currently serves as Vice President of Customer Sales at Turn/River Capital since April 2024. Prior to this role, Conor was the Head of Customer Success for North America at WorkBoard Inc., focusing on helping enterprises digitize and execute their strategy from July 2020 to April 2024. Conor has extensive experience in customer success, having held several key positions at Clearbit, including Senior Director and Director of Customer Success, where a customer success organization was built from the ground up. Conor also contributed to Datahug as Head of Customer Success for North America and began the professional journey at Murex as a Senior Consultant. Conor earned a Bachelor of Information Systems degree from University College Cork between 2002 and 2006.
