David Halsey serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions since February 2021. Prior to this role, David held significant positions at The University of Vermont Health Network from June 2008 to February 2021, including Medical Director of the Adult Reconstruction Service, and worked as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Fletcher Allen Health Care during the same period, specializing in adult hip and knee reconstruction. David also contributed to the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, serving as Chair of the Council on Advocacy from 2003 to 2009 and Chair of the Board of Councilors from 2001 to 2002. David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-med from Middlebury College between 1976 and 1980 and attended Deerfield Academy from 1973 to 1976.
