Duncan Anderson serves as a Non Executive Director at Community Leisure UK since July 2024 and as a Non Executive Board Member at Turning Tides since September 2018, contributing to a homeless charity in West Sussex. Additionally, Duncan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of South Downs Leisure, overseeing strategic leadership, the acquisition of four new sites in 2021, and guiding the organization through the pandemic. This company also received national awards for "Best Wedding Venue Town & City" in 2020 and 2021 and secured the contract for operating Sea Lanes, the National Open Water Swimming Centre, set to open in 2023. Since June 2008, Duncan has also been a Quest Assessor for Right Directions (Management) Ltd, focusing on the national accreditation of the fitness industry. Duncan holds an HNC in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from the University of Surrey, obtained in 1996.
