Heather M. Porter-Light has extensive experience in administration, specializing in legal and contract management. Additionally, Heather held roles as a Public Affairs Specialist, focusing on research analysis, event planning, budget monitoring, and charity program administration. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Legal Studies and Criminology from SUNY Empire State College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Paralegal Studies from Herkimer County Community College.
