Laura Fitch is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Turner's Furniture since October 2022, Laura previously held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Smith Drug Company from August 2013 to September 2022, where responsibilities included training new HR staff, maintaining HRIS systems, and coordinating employee benefits and events. Prior experience includes serving as the Human Resources & Safety Coordinator at Regal Marine Industries, Inc., managing headcount, safety orientations, and workers' compensation programs. Laura began their career as a Bank Teller at Farmers and Merchants Bank. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University and an Associate of Arts from Valdosta State University.
