Chad Deppen is an experienced Fumigation Manager at Turner Pest Control since September 2021, overseeing day-to-day operations in fumigation. Previously, Chad served as a Manager at Accurate General Contracting LLC from January 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included being the Certified Operator in Charge, managing company activities, hiring and training personnel, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining operational efficiency. Chad also held a managerial role at Pestguard Fumigation from November 1998 to December 2018, similarly focusing on employee development, service strategy implementation, and compliance management. Earlier in Chad's career, a role as Chief Dispatcher in the United States Marine Corps involved managing over 200 Marines and maintaining equipment and barrack security. Chad is a two-time recipient of the Navy Achievement Award and completed education at Lemon Bay High School.
