Gary Rodney currently serves as Managing Director for Multifamily Housing Initiatives at Turner Impact Capital, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Gary held the role of Managing Director for Affordable Housing at Tishman Speyer from September 2020 to March 2023. With a diverse background in housing and development, Gary was Chairman at CREA, LLC from October 2016 to September 2020 and served as President of the New York City Housing Development Corporation from March 2014 to September 2016. Other notable positions include Executive Vice President for Development at Omni New York LLC and Director of Development at BFC. Gary’s career also includes experience as Vice President at the New York City Housing Development Corporation and Project Manager at NYC Housing Partnership. Educational credentials include a Masters in Urban Planning from New York University and a BA in Political Science & Public Policy from the University of Rochester.
