Ken Redding has had a long and successful career in sales and business development. In 1998, they began working as the Executive Vice President for TFL, where they developed sales and business relationships with Allstate Financial Services, MBNA, and State Agencies. Ken also built, coached, and mentored a national sales team. In 2003, Ken moved on to become the Vice President of Sales for Speaking Roses, where they were the top sales person in revenue generation while managing 15 sales reps and vertical markets. Ken also developed marketing channels of distribution and sales teams. In 2007, Ken became the Director of Business Development for The Financial Wellness Group, where they were personally responsible for key distribution channels. Ken built strategic relationships with FranklinCovey Company, M-Financial Services, and Personal Finance Employee Education Foundation. In 2010, Ken became the Vice President/Regional Director of Sales for Novarad, where they drove the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to implementation. Ken was also a consistently top sales producer while managing a regional sales team. Finally, in 2019, Ken began working as the Regional Director of Sales for Turner Imaging Systems, where they are responsible for managing sales distribution, revenue, and meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Ken Redding has attended two universities: California State University-Sacramento and University of Phoenix.
