Dr. Ilkay Gultas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and executive search services. As the Managing Partner at 360 Management Consulting Group since February 2015, and Co-Founder and Senior Partner at E&G Partners since June 2024, Dr. Gultas has a significant leadership role in shaping strategic initiatives. Additional positions include Managing Partner at Four Rooms of Change Turkey and various advisory roles with prominent organizations such as The Purest Solutions and the Turkish Exporters Assembly. Dr. Gultas holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, bolstered by research experience at the University of Cambridge and the University of Pittsburgh, alongside multiple degrees in Industrial Engineering from esteemed institutions.
