Kemal Kestane has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Kemal is currently the Network Management & TR Operations Director at Turk Telekom International since 2017. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Turk Telekom, including Access Infrastructure Operations Group Manager, Access System Operations Manager, Team Leader, Chief Engineer, and Telecom Assistant Expert. Before joining Turk Telekom, Kemal worked as a Research Assistant at Gazi Ãœniversitesi.

Kemal Kestane received their Bsc. degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Gazi University, which they attended from 1997 to 2002. Kemal then pursued further education and earned an Msc. degree in Power Electronics from Gazi Ãœniversitesi, completing their studies from 2002 to 2005.
