Weiwei (Nick) C. has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Weiwei (Nick) started their career in 2008 as a Software Engineer Intern at Novel-SuperTV, where they were responsible for testing the CA kernel and fixing bugs. Weiwei (Nick) then joined VMware in 2013 as a Member of Technical Staff, focusing on application deployment in VMware vCloud and Amazon EC2.

In 2014, Weiwei joined Google as a Senior Software Engineer, working on the Android Instant App team. Weiwei (Nick) designed and implemented backend systems from scratch to support Android Instant App, enabling users to use native apps without installation.
