Stephanie Lynn is an accomplished pastry chef with extensive experience in dessert and pastry production. Currently serving as the Lead Pastry Chef at Turf Valley Resort since February 2022, Stephanie oversees all dessert and pastry operations while mentoring staff and innovating recipes. Previous roles include Assistant Pastry Chef at Enchantment Resort and Kitchen Manager at Ranger Chocolate Company. Stephanie has also held positions such as Lead Pastry at The Country Cat Restaurant and Pastry Chef at Line & Lure Restaurant. Earlier experience includes pastry roles at Marsee Baking and Chuck's Produce and Street Market, where events like daily cake production and inventory management were critical responsibilities. Stephanie's foundational training in Baking and Pastry Arts was obtained at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Portland.
