Roman Shpount

Roman Shpount has worked in the technology industry since 1995. Roman began their career as the Director of System Integration at Globalink Inc., where they led the development of the company's Internet service offering Comprende. Roman was also the project manager and lead developer of the Globalink flagship network product - Power Translator Client/Server. In 1998, Roman became the Vice President of Software Development at GlobalFax, Inc., where they led the development of the company's core telecommunication product - GlobalFax. This product offered a wide array of services including fax long distance bypass, email-to-fax, Web-to-fax, fax-to-email, fax mailbox and other services. In 2000, Roman moved to aTelo, Inc. as the Vice President of Software Development. After five years at aTelo, Roman became the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Telurix, LLC in 2006. Roman held this position for three years before becoming the CTO at TurboBridge in 2009.

Roman Shpount received a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Maryland between 1993 and 1995. Prior to that, they attended the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) from 1990 to 1993, studying Physics.
