Colleen McClair has a comprehensive work experience spanning various project management roles. In their most recent position as a Senior Project Manager at Tunuva Technologies, Inc., they are currently overseeing projects without a specified end date. Prior to that, they worked at DAn Solutions, Inc. from 2013 to 2023 as a Technical Project Manager, where they successfully managed large-scale IC and enterprise-wide programs and projects. Colleen also demonstrated strong interpersonal skills when working with multiple stakeholders. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Project Manager at Worldwide Information Network Systems (WINS), where they provided project management support for the DoDIIS Identity and Access Management (IdAM) and the Intelligence Community (IC) Information Technology Enterprise (ITE) programs. In this role, they managed the DoDIIS Identity and Authorization Service (DIAS) team and led them through seven deployments of the DIAS service. At IT Veterans, LLC from 2010 to 2011, Colleen was responsible for implementing Proofpoint, an email security and data exfiltration solution, and provided project management support for the IdAM program. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2009, they worked as a Project Manager at Technology Concepts & Design, Inc., where they led a team in developing the Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) program. During this time, they utilized various information gathering techniques and identified process improvements. Colleen also gained program management experience at DRC Computer and TekFu in 2004 and 2003, respectively.

Colleen McClair completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, University College, between 1980 and 1985. Colleen then pursued a Masters degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed between 1985 and 1992.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Colleen McClair has obtained several certifications. In March 2009, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP)® through the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in September 2021, they earned the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA. Most recently, in October 2021, they became a Certified Cloud Practitioner through Amazon Web Services (AWS).
