Jessica Rivera possesses extensive experience in donor services and customer support, currently serving as Senior Executive Assistant to the EVP at the Tunnel to Towers Foundation since January 2021. Prior roles at the Foundation include Senior Director and Associate Director of Donor Services, where Jessica managed teams, streamlined processes, and coordinated donor-related activities. Previous experience includes customer support roles at Spectrum and T-Mobile, where Jessica enhanced customer experiences, resolved technical issues, and trained new employees. Jessica holds a High School Diploma from Susan Wagner High School.
