Tomoko Kitazawa is a seasoned program management professional with extensive experience in technical program management across various technology firms. Currently serving as a Senior Client PM at Tumult Labs since February 2023, Tomoko previously held the position of Senior Engineering TPM at Twitter, where responsibilities included leading an initiative for dataset compliance involving over 50 teams. Prior experience includes working as a Global Technical Program Manager at Amazon Web Services, overseeing strategic planning, network deployments, and cross-functional projects. Tomoko has also led significant initiatives at Time Warner Cable, first as Director of the Change Management Office, managing over 20 programs, and later as Director of the Network Operations and Planning Program Management Office, executing over 50 projects annually. Earlier roles at AOL as Principal Network Analyst and various project management positions laid a strong foundation in network operations and planning. Tomoko holds a B.S. in Finance and Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
