Anurag Chidire is a Research Engineer at TUMCREATE since March 2022. Previously, Anurag served as an Energy Engineer for Hybrid Energy Systems at GCP - Grand City Property from July 2019 to February 2022, focusing on the conceptual design of energy projects and simulation of various energy systems, including Solar PV and microgrids. Anurag began the career as a Working Student, conducting simulations for photovoltaic potential and generating load profiles for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at NEXTracker, Inc., specializing in utility-scale energy storage systems, and a Graduate Engineering Trainee position. Anurag holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the Technical University of Munich and a Master’s degree in Global Production Engineering-New Energy Technologies from Technische Universität Berlin, following a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
