Jarrod Cavner

Director of Sales at TulsaConnect

Jarrod Cavner has a long history of working in the technology and sales industries. From 1999 to 2006, they held various positions at MasterMind Internet Services, Summit Call Center, US Cellular, and TulsaConnect/MBO Data. At MasterMind Internet Services, they were a Network and Internet Operations Administrator, responsible for the entirety of the Mastermind network infrastructure and technical staff. At Summit Call Center, they were the Director of Information Technology, responsible for the design and deployment of technology for the regional call center. At US Cellular, they were a Coach: Resource Planning, leading the team responsible for maintaining acceptable staffing levels to handle incoming call volume for Financial Service call centers. At TulsaConnect/MBO Data, they held two positions: Director of Sales, responsible for finding solutions for customers, and Manager of Technical Services, responsible for the day to day management of four data center facilities, technical staff, sales and customer interactions.

Jarrod Cavner is currently attending Tulsa Community College. Jarrod has obtained a range of certifications from Microsoft, including the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional (2007, 2012), MCSA: Windows Server 2008 (2007), MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration (2008), MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure, Configuration (2008), MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration (2008), MCSE1: Windows Server 2003 (2007, 2007), and MCSA1: Windows Server 2003 (2007). Additionally, they have obtained a Monday.com Product Badge in 2022.
