Cindy Gustafson Decker serves as the Executive Director of Tulsa Educare since January 2019, following a tenure as a Board Member with Tulsa Public Schools from May 2015 to January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Research and Innovation and Director of Research and Accountability at CAP Tulsa, where efforts focused on utilizing data analytics and structured problem solving to enhance client impact. Additional consulting experience was gained through Decker Consulting and Laurium Evaluation Group, as well as teaching remedial math as an Adjunct Professor at Tulsa Community College. Cindy Gustafson Decker held prior positions including Senior Economist at the US Government Accountability Office and Associate at The Brattle Group, with early career experience as a Junior Economist at the Council of Economic Advisers. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Mathematics from Emory University.
