Lindsay White is the current Chief Strategy Officer at Tulsa Community College. Lindsay has previous experience working at Tulsa Community College in various positions, such as Project Management Director- Academic Affairs, Director of Diversity Outreach Programs/Director of Student and Community Engagement, and Bilingual Academic Advisor. Lindsay also has experience working in labor allocations at Raytheon Polar Services.

Lindsay White has a PhD in Organizational Change and Education from The University of Oklahoma-Tulsa, a Master's Degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. Lindsay also has certification from Prosci in Prosci Change Management Train the Trainer Certification and Prosci Change Management Certification.
