Eunice Tarver, PhD, has extensive experience in higher education and community programs, currently serving as Vice President of Student Success & Equity at Tulsa Community College since November 2010, where previous roles included Provost, Assistant Vice President for Diversity & Inclusion, and Director of Student Development. Prior to this, Eunice worked at YWCA Tulsa from January 2004 to 2010, progressing from Career Counselor to Site Director of YWCA North Center. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Social and Philosophical Foundations of Education from Oklahoma State University, a Master's in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oklahoma State University.
