Josemaría Lucas, CFA has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Josemaría is currently a Co-Founder at Tuio, a 100% digital insurance company. Prior to this, they served as a Venture Partner at 7r Ventures. Josemaría also worked at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Principal from 2016 to 2018. Before joining BCG, Josemaría held several positions at Commerzbank AG, including Equity Portfolios & Financing product specialist, Equity & commodity derivatives salesperson, and Capital markets salesperson. Josemaría started their career as an Intern at Lonjas Tecnología, S.L. in 2004.

Josemaría Lucas, CFA completed their education at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, also known as Comillas Pontifical University, from 2001 to 2006. Josemaría obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering during this period. Later, in October 2013, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the CFA Institute.
