Irene Saez-Diez has a diverse work experience. Irene started their career as a Summer Intern at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2015. In 2019, they worked as a Business Development Intern at LetMePark. Irene then worked as a Project Consultant at The Institute of Happiness from December 2020 to May 2021. In 2021, Irene joined the IE Business School as a Program Management Intern for a period of ten months. Currently, they are employed at Tuio, where they work in the Growth department.

Irene Saez-Diez began their education history in 2012, attending the International School Manila. Irene completed their secondary education with the International Baccalaureate from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they enrolled at IE University and pursued a Dual Degree in Business Administration and International Relations, specializing in International Business. Irene completed this program in 2021. In 2019, Irene briefly attended the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, focusing on International Relations. In 2022, they participated in the Growth Program at Product Hackers Go! to further enhance their knowledge in the field.
