Thomas (T.J.) Hinton currently serves as a Senior Research Associate and Entrepreneur in Residence at Tufts University, focusing on scalable methods for manufacturing structured meat. Thomas also operates as the Director of Partition Consulting & Education, which emphasizes knowledge exchange, community development, and contributions to bioprinting. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Research and Development, Co-Founder, and Advisor at FluidForm, as well as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Carnegie Mellon University. Thomas holds a PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and has two additional degrees in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the same institution and Purdue University.
