Risa Truesdell is a seasoned professional in the healthcare technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle Applications at Tufts Medicine since May 2022. Prior to this role, Risa founded and led TRUWELL LLC as President from January 2021 to April 2022. Risa's extensive experience includes a managerial position at Rush University Medical Center, where responsibilities included overseeing the Patient Access and Patient Engagement teams, managing a total of 23 personnel from 2009 to 2020. Earlier roles included a Technology Specialist position at Lincolnwood School District 74 and a Project Manager role at Epic.
