Timothy Cahalan is a licensed engineer with extensive experience in engineering and real estate investment. Currently, Timothy serves as a licensed engineer at Tuff Shed, Inc. since February 2020 and has been a member of FC Holdings LLC, focusing on residential real estate investment and construction, since May 2012. Prior to these roles, Timothy worked as a senior project engineer at Splashtacular Entertainment from May 2004 to February 2020. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned between 1986 and 1990.
