Robert McCracken has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Robert started their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Corporal from 1989 to 1993. Robert then worked as an Operations Manager at Sheats Supply, Inc from 1994 to 1998, where they demonstrated skills in contract negotiation, procedural development, and vendor relations. Following this, they served as the MIS Director at Ace Supply, Inc from 1998 to 2000, where they managed IT operations and systems. McCracken then worked as the Business Manager at GC Services from 2001 to 2002 before joining Lowe's Home Improvement as an Operations Manager from 2002 to 2004. Robert then became the General Manager at Owens Corning - HOMExperts from 2004 to 2007, where they focused on safety, productivity, quality, customer service, and revenue goals. Currently, McCracken holds the position of Regional Vice President at Tuff Shed, Inc since 2007, where they oversee 13 factories and leads market share growth, operational compliance, risk management, and budgeting.
