JP Montalvo has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. JP is currently the President of Tufco Flooring since January 2020. Before that, they worked as a Global Consultant to the Food & Beverage Industry at Montalvo Consulting from September 2019 to January 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at Archer Daniels Midland Company. These roles include Director of North American Procurement, WILD Flavors from December 2015 to August 2019, Director of North American Supply Chain, WILD Flavors from September 2016 to August 2017, Western Canada Canola Business Manager from September 2007 to November 2015, Senior Merchandiser from January 2006 to August 2007, Linseed Oil Marketing Manager from July 2004 to December 2005, Procurement & Protein Sales from March 2004 to June 2004, Commodity Trader from March 2002 to March 2004, Commodity Trader for Eastern United States from March 2001 to March 2002, and Grain Merchandiser from July 1998 to March 2001. Throughout their career, JP Montalvo has gained expertise in areas such as procurement, supply chain, project analysis & development, risk management, strategic planning, and process improvement.

JP Montalvo attended Geis College of Business at the University of Illinois from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance-Investment. JP also studied at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign during the same period, obtaining another Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services.
