Manoj Babu Balaraman has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to user interface engineering, user experience engineering, and web development. Manoj currently holds the position of Lead - User Interface Engineering at Tuebora Inc, a role they have held since August 2018.

Prior to this, Manoj worked as a Senior Staff Engineer, User Interface at ClustrData from November 2015 to July 2018. There, they demonstrated expertise in advanced JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, Typescript, XML, JSON, AJAX, DOM, JSLINQ, Nodejs, Semantic HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and Restful Web services. Manoj also had a passion for technology and implemented innovative UI/UX designs and best practices.

Before joining ClustrData, Manoj was the Lead - User Interface Engineering at Verndale from July 2012 to December 2015. In this role, they had expertise in design and development trends for various platforms, including desktop, tablet, mobile, and web accessibility. Manoj also had extensive knowledge of using Photoshop for pixel-perfect design implementation and third-party responsive CSS frameworks like Foundation and Bootstrap.

Manoj's experience in user interface and user experience engineering extends back to their time at Marlabs Inc, where they worked as the Lead - UX Engineering from November 2011 to June 2012. Manoj'sresponsibilities included developing transformational solutions, conducting user research, creating prototypes, and driving design decisions.

Manoj'searlier work experience includes roles such as Senior UX Engineer at Algonomy (previously Manthan Systems) from November 2009 to November 2011, UX Engineer at Algonomy from July 2008 to November 2009, Senior Web/UI Developer at ARMAN INFOTECH SYSTEMS from November 2006 to July 2008, and Web Designer/Developer at ARMAN INFOTECH SYSTEMS from November 2004 to November 2006. Manoj also had a brief stint as a Graphic Designer at iwebtune.com in June 2004.

Throughout their career, Manoj has demonstrated a strong focus on creating user-friendly and appealing designs, staying up-to-date with technological advancements, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Manoj Babu Balaraman has a diverse education history. In 1984, they started their education at RVS Matriculation School and completed their studies up to 11th Std. Afterward, they attended Palaniammal Higher Secondary School in 1997-1998 to pursue their HSC. Following this, Manoj enrolled at Bharathiar University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Business/Commerce. Manoj further pursued their education at Bharathiar University from 2001 to 2004, earning a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree with a focus on Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Manoj Babu Balaraman has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Manoj completed the "Become a JavaScript Pro with these 7 Skills" course from Coursera in December 2021. Manoj has also earned certifications in HTML, Financial Accounting, and JavaScript's from Brain Bench. Furthermore, they completed the ICHSNE (Hardware and Networking in Linux) program from Accel-It Academy and the Webmaster Training Programme from ABT Info.net.
