Mark Nicholls has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mark is currently the COO/CFO at Tucson Technology, a position they began in September 2021. Prior to that, Mark worked as a Management Consultant at Adept Management Group Ltd since July 2020. From June 2017 to June 2020, they served as the Managing Director of Logistyx Technologies International. Before that, Mark was the CEO at Pantechnik (now called Logistyx Technologies) from 2013 to 2017 and the COO from 2008 to 2013. Mark also has experience as the Chief Executive of Adept Marketing Group from 2002 to 2009, where they achieved remarkable growth and developed new services. In addition, Mark was the Chief Executive of Fifex SA from 2000 to 2002, where they led a multinational team and secured funding for e-marketplace solutions. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Commercial Director at efdex and Cafe Worldwide Group, and also worked as a Business correspondent, script writer, and journalist for Sky News, ITN, and the Daily Telegraph.

Mark Nicholls attended UCL from 1978 to 1979, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Maths. Subsequently, from 1979 to 1982, they continued their education at UCL and earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with a specialization in Law.
