Courtney Whitcraft is a seasoned Behavior Analyst and consultant with extensive experience in delivering behavioral and learning services across various educational and therapeutic settings. Currently managing and leading 15 teams at Tucci Learning Solutions since September 2021, Courtney has also founded Whitcraft Behavioral Consulting, providing personalized coaching and skills training. Previous roles include Behavior Analyst at Twin Cities Academy and Fridley Public Schools, focusing on support for educators and students in diverse environments. Courtney’s background encompasses significant expertise as a Mental Health Practitioner at HFS Autism Therapy Center and Senior Behavior Therapist at Lovaas Institute, where training and development were key responsibilities. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Behavior Analysis from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a B.S. in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
