Pablo Cabello has a combination of experience as a co-founder, CEO, CMO, speaker, consultant, and analyst. In 2012, they worked as an Analyst at Cerámicas Terracota. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Consultant for Go PlanBe and later served as a Startups Metrics Speaker until 2021. In 2019, they co-founded Tucar, where they held the positions of CEO and CMO. Additionally, they co-founded Witby in 2020.

Pablo Cabello attended Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile from 2010 to 2016. During their time there, they studied engineering, although there is no specific degree mentioned. In July 2021, they obtained a certification called "Build 2 2021 (w/ Witby)" from Start-Up Chile.
