Andrea Peace has extensive experience in information management and data governance spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Information Manager and Data Protection Officer at TUC since May 2015, Andrea is responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection legislation and overseeing Office365 SharePoint implementation. Previous roles include Data Strategy Manager and several leadership positions at The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, where Andrea developed data management strategies, implemented new records management policies, and contributed to the selection and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management system. Andrea's earlier career involved various library and information service roles, with notable achievements in strategic planning, service development, and advocacy for information needs within academic and healthcare settings. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Loughborough University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Liverpool.
