Melissa Cotton, SHRM-CP, serves as the Senior Recruiter and Employee Engagement & Relationships Manager at TubeScience since October 2020, where responsibilities include sourcing top talent, managing full-cycle recruiting, and enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture.
