Andrew Barrett is an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in managing capital projects, including storm and sewer replacements, road widenings, and green infrastructure implementations. Currently employed at Tualatin Valley Water District since August 2017, Andrew has previously held positions as Project Engineer and Engineering Tech III at the City of Beaverton, where significant contributions included creating construction documents and mapping stormwater sheds. Prior experience includes roles at AAI Engineering and Alpha Community Development, focusing on planning and engineering plan sets for various commercial and residential projects.
