Cassandra Coogan Ulven has extensive experience in public and government affairs, currently serving as Division Chief and Director of Government and Public Affairs at Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue since June 1999. Prior roles within the organization include Public Affairs Chief, Public Affairs Officer, Government Affairs Officer, and Community Liaison. Cassandra's career began at Care Medical Equipment, where responsibilities included Assistant Manager with a focus on accounts receivable, billing, and administrative support from July 1992 to May 1996. Educationally, Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Oregon, completed between 1994 and 1998.
