KP Frahm is an experienced product professional, currently serving as a Product Sense Trainer at AHH OK! since March 2024. As a consultant and facilitator at Field since April 2020, KP Frahm focuses on helping clients adopt a Product Operating Model to enhance their "time to value." Frahm co-founded a company to develop tools and services based on the Product Field framework and has been associated with The Product Field as a trainer and facilitator since June 2015. KP Frahm co-authored the best-selling "The Product Field Reference Guide" in 2016 and "The Field Guide For Visual Product Thinkers" in 2023. Additionally, KP Frahm facilitates workshops at various institutions, including TU Wien and Hamburg Media School, and has held significant roles in product management at Deutsche Presse-Agentur and news aktuell GmbH, where innovative product strategies and organizational changes were successfully implemented. As a visiting lecturer, KP Frahm teaches Product Strategy at HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration and Product Innovation at Brand University of Applied Sciences. Educational background includes studies at the University of Hamburg from 1991 to 1995.
