Jacob Odon is an experienced Systems Engineer at TTx since April 2017, specializing in IT infrastructures and VoIP telephony solutions. Prior to that, Jacob served as a Voice Engineer at Warwick, Inc. from September 2012 to April 2017, where responsibilities included programming, installing, and maintaining business telephone systems, alongside cabling and networking tasks. Earlier experience at Marc Glassman Inc. involved handling financial responsibilities such as closing tills and creating bank deposits, as well as customer service and supervision. Jacob's education includes attendance at Berea High School and Highland High School.
