Hubert Clay is a seasoned professional in operations and transportation planning with over two decades of experience. Serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations for Total Traffic & Weather Network since 2011, Hubert oversees full operations for the northeastern region, leading a team to deliver high-quality traffic data services. Prior to this role, Hubert was an Area Manager at Delcan Corporation, focusing on business development and project management across a fifteen-state area. Additional experience includes roles as a Transportation Planner at the Baltimore Metropolitan Council, Operations Manager at TrafficStation, and various positions in radio broadcasting, which began with on-air talents and progressed to operations management. Hubert holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Penn State University.
