Tom Egil Rosseland is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in engineering and project management within the maritime and offshore sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at MacGregor since September 2021, Rosseland oversees the EPC contract for the "Mission Equipment 1" project. Previously, Rosseland worked at Aker Solutions/MHWirth from March 2006 to August 2021, fulfilling roles as both engineering manager and project manager, including leadership in offshore floating wind innovation initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions as Discipline Lead Process at Aker Solutions from March 1998 to March 2006, and as a Research Engineer at Elkem Research from December 1993 to March 1998. Rosseland holds a Master of Science in Process Technology from Sivilingeniørutdanningen i Telemark and an Ingeniør degree in Chemical Engineering from Oslo Ingeniørhøyskole.
