KH Chang has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting as a Management Trainee in 1999 at Termbray Electronics Technology, they gained knowledge in Sales & Marketing. In 2000, they joined Viasystems, where they held various roles, including Product Engineer, Sr Product Engineer, Asst R&D Manager, Engineering Manager - Process Engineering, Sr Engineering Manager - Process Engineering, Asst Engineering Director - Process Engineering, and Asst Engineering Director - FEE, NPI, TAM, R&D. KH then became an Engineering Director - Process Engineering, FEE, NPI, TAM, R&D in 2011. In 2014, they joined TTM Technologies in the same role. Over the years, they progressed to Senior Regional Engineering Director, VP of Operations, and currently serves as the SVP of Operations for Asia Pacific at TTM Technologies.

KH Chang completed a diploma in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering with distinction at Tunku Abdul Rahman (TAR) College in Malaysia from 1994 to 1997. Then, from 1994 to 1997, they obtained the equivalent of a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering through the Engineering Council Part I and Part II program at IMechE in the UK. Lastly, from 1997 to 1998, they earned an M.Sc. in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick in the UK.
