Erica Dailey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and sales management. Currently serving as Group Manager, Customer Experience at TTI Floor Care North America, Erica has held various leadership roles within the same company including Senior Manager, Inside Sales and Support, and Manager, Customer Experience. Additionally, Erica has been involved with the US Air Force Reserve since June 2013, where responsibilities include Group Training Manager and Special Handler. As President of Snacks2U, LLC since December 2016, Erica has leveraged entrepreneurial skills. Previous positions at Allstate included roles such as Coverage Investigation Unit Team Leader and Military Talent Recruiter. Erica holds a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with an Associate's degree in Air Transportation from the Community College of the Air Force.
