Reed Porter serves as the Director of System Engineering at TTEC, where responsibilities include mentoring a global team of software engineers, maintaining voice recording systems for high-market share clients, and overseeing the development of custom recording integrations for omnichannel call center products. Previously, Reed held roles as a Systems Software Architect and Principal Engineer, focusing on telephony solutions and enhancing system resilience. In addition to the position at TTEC, Reed operates Abel's Bagels, LLC, specializing in small batch bagels and breads. Past experience includes roles at NICE_Ltd. in global support engineering, ensuring customer satisfaction and system expertise, and earlier positions in quality assurance and member services. Reed holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and an undergraduate degree in Finance and Business Administration from Gordon College.
