Chris Mousoula has a diverse background in technology and client management. Currently serving as an IT & Systems Test Analyst at TTC Group since 2014, Chris focuses on understanding client needs and implementing efficient processes. Prior to this role, Chris worked as an Account Manager at Licence Bureau from 2012 to 2014, managing compliance for over 300 companies in employee road safety and duty of care. Earlier experience includes supervising a customer service technical support team at Humax from 2008 to 2012, ensuring high standards of service while addressing customer issues and complaints.
