Amanda Rutherford is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as HR Manager at TT Electronics plc since September 2022, Amanda previously held positions as HR Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Valeo Foods UK from July 2015 to September 2022. Prior to that, Amanda worked as UK HR Officer at Saft and held multiple roles, including Head of HR & Training and HR Manager, at Age UK Northumberland. Early experience includes roles as Human Resources Advisor and Assistant at NHS Direct, as well as a HR Support Officer during a placement year at National Grid. Amanda holds a BA Hons Degree in Human Resources Management and Services, as well as a Chartered CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Northumbria University.
