Kamilla Rampersad is an experienced professional in human resources and training, currently serving as the Regional Learning & Development Manager at Tsogo Sun since July 2021, following a tenure as Manager Training since December 2016. Kamilla has developed and implemented people development strategies and conducted annual training needs analyses across various organizations. Previous experience includes a role as Training Manager at GRAND GAMING KWAZULU-NATAL for a decade, alongside experience as a Training and Development Officer at Sun International from 2000 to 2006. Kamilla's educational background includes degrees in Public Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of South Africa and specialized training in HR analytics.
