Michael Shen is an experienced legal professional specializing in patent litigation, currently serving as Director and Chief Counsel at TSMC since March 2014. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of IP Litigation Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP from August 2010 to February 2014, and at Kenyon & Kenyon LLP from September 1999 to August 2010, where Michael also started as an IP Litigation Associate. Michael began their career as an Associate at Sughrue Mion PLLC between August 1998 and September 1999. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, awarded in 1998, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, obtained in 1995.
