Alok Kumar has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. ALOK started their career as an intern at IDBI Bank Ltd in 2012. Later, Alok joined TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd in 2014, where they initially worked as a Team Lead from April 2014 to October 2017, followed by a role as an Assistant Program Manager from April 2015 to January 2018. In 2019, Alok assumed the position of Sr. Program Manager at TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd and held this role until March 2022. From March 2022 to October 2022, they served as the Director of Enterprise Business at the same company. Currently, Alok occupies the position of Director of Enterprise Business at TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd since March 2022.

Alok Kumar earned a PGD in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Bharti Vidyapeeth Deemed University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Magadh University from 2005 to 2007. Alok also completed their XII from Oriental College in 2001 to 2003, and their X from Devi Dayal High School from 1989 to 1999.
