Michael Schlauder is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Engagement Manager at AHEAD since February 2024, Michael utilizes Financial Force for project coordination and resource allocation, managing a high-performance team to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. Previously, as President & Project Manager at TSI Applications, Michael founded and managed a boutique software development firm, servicing a varied clientele, including Centex Homes and the Department of the Army. Further experience includes roles as Project Manager at CDI LLC and New York Life Insurance Company, where Michael applied SCRUM methodologies and oversaw complex project management tasks. Earlier career positions include Lithography Training Supervisor at ASML and Team Manager at Intel Corporation, in addition to service as a Naval Submarine School Instructor in the US Navy. Michael holds a degree from the University of New Haven.
