James Davies has extensive experience in technical support and sales within the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Microsoft Sales Specialist and 2nd line technical support consultant at TSG since October 2013, James has previously held roles such as Support Consultant at Highlander Computing Solutions and Shift Engineer at Fujitsu. Additional experience includes a contract position at BT as an Installation Engineer, involvement in network management at Lloyds Banking Group, and various engineering roles at Azzurri Communications, Fairbridge Communications Ltd, Sphinx/cst, and Phase/CRS, beginning in 1994.
